If you need to know exactly what a building is — its dimensions, levels, structure and services, recorded to survey accuracy — that is measured surveying, and it is what Scan Surveys does.

Who runs it
Scan Surveys is the group's surveying company and a trading style of Guardian Management Group Ltd. Note that this is measured surveying, not building condition surveying — if what you need is a condition report, an asset register or a compliance audit for a building you are already responsible for, that sits with us on the building compliance side.
