Areas we cover
London is one city and a dozen different maintenance problems. A tower in the Square Mile, a floor on the Canary Wharf estate, a converted warehouse in Shoreditch and a listed townhouse in Mayfair each come with their own access rules, parking regime and ways of failing. These pages set out what we know about each.
Where we work
Areas with their own page.
City of London
The densest office stock in the country, split between glass towers and listed banking halls, in a district that empties at the weekend and locks its roads at Bank. Maintenance here is as much about access as about the work.
Maintenance in City of London →Canary Wharf
Canary Wharf is a privately managed estate, not a street. Permits, inductions, booked loading bays and goods lift slots decide when work happens. We plan for that, so the work happens when you were told it would.
Maintenance in Canary Wharf →Shoreditch
Victorian furniture warehouses turned into offices, bars underneath, flats above, and a workspace market that refits every eighteen months. Shoreditch buildings are characterful, and they fail in characterful ways.
Maintenance in Shoreditch →Westminster
Westminster has more listed buildings than any other London borough, the most expensive office floors in the country and hotels that never close. Maintenance here has to respect the fabric, the guests and the parking rules, all at once.
Maintenance in Westminster →Everywhere else
The rest of London.
We work across London, not only in the areas listed above. The pages here are the districts where the building stock and the access rules are distinctive enough to need explaining. If your building is elsewhere, the service is the same and the enquiry form below is the place to start.
Book a walk round
Tell us where the building is. We will do the rest.
What it is, where it is, and which part of running it is causing the pain. We walk it, write down what is there, and come back with a scope and a price.
